Like most gardens, the Fredericton Botanic Garden is a work in progress.  We are a registered non-profit charitable organization, and donations are tax-deductible.

Memorials

The Botanic Garden offers memorials for those who wish to remember family members, friends, or special events.  We offer:

 

  1. Memorial benches, with a bronze plaque inscribed as requested;

  2. Memorial inscriptions, on a large granite boulder in our Memorial Grove.  The Memorial Grove features a collection of magnolias, offering peace and tranquility as a place of memory

  3. Memorial trees, with a plaque inscribed as requested

Memberships

Support the Botanic Garden by becoming a member! You’ll receive newsletters, notifications of special events, and a 10% discount at many local garden centres. The discount alone can often pay for your membership!  Current discount partners include:

Membership rates are:

  • Individual - $30 

  • Family - $45 

  • Senior/Student - $25 

 

 

Volunteers

Volunteers are always needed. At present, volunteers are needed for various aspects of garden maintenance and for supporting the work of the Association, its office and committees If you would like to volunteer, please contact us at fredbotanicgarden@gmail.com.

Naming Opportunities

Garden beds, spaces, and other features and programs are available for naming opportunities in exchange for donations to the Garden. Please contact us for further information.

Other Gifts

The FBGA is delighted to discuss other types of gifts with potential donors. These include documented bequests, annuities, life insurance gifts and other planned giving. Please contact us for further information.
