It's a sure sign that Spring is about to be sprung when Steve Stehouwer hosts Seedy Saturday at the Fredericton Botanic Garden! Join us at the Resource Centre (10 Cameron Court) on Saturday, March 16th, for FREE seeds! Members Only from 1:00 - 2:00 (please remember to bring your membership card, to save time looking you up), then open to the general public from 2:00 - 4:00. Please bring your own bags.
Seeds available will include annuals, perennials, biennials, vegetables, shrubs, and trees. Steve's Special Surprise (oops, sorry Steve, I just let the cat out of the bag) is seeds to make your very own rock and crevice garden!
There will be a $5 admission ($5 for individuals or families) at the door and we ask that all participants show consideration when selecting seeds, taking only what they will actually use. This will allow more people to explore the wonderful world of planting from seed.
